The provincial government of Capiz produced the video to celebrate the Capiztahan festival.
It was spearheaded by the governor of Capiz, Fredenil Castro and with the support of the province’s tourism department.
CAPIZtahan is a cultural festival and founding anniversary of the province of Capiz. The food festival that comes with the celebration is also a much-anticipated part of the event. Capiztahan is held every April 15th.
